Terms & Conditions:

What is Provider and customer
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between Facebooth UK (“Provider”) and the individual or company booking Facebooth UK's services (“Customer”). Provider agrees to have the rental service operational for a minimum of 80% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance (for example, changing rolls, adjusting camera, adjusting printer, and other related maintenance functions relevant to the event).

Booking, deposit and payment:

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the date.
By having the booking accepted by us you are agreeing to pay the full amount of hire as quoted.
The full balance will become payable 7 days prior to the date of your event and in all cases prior to the hire commencing.
Payment of all additional rental charges must be made by the customer before any additional service period commences.

Cancellation- more than 7 days notice
If you need to cancel you booking and give us more than 7 days notice we will refund any additional payment made on top of the non-refundable booking fee/retainer but not the booking fee itself.
If you wish to move the date we will try to accommodate where possible and put any paid booking fee towards a future date
Cancellation — less than 7 days notice.If you need to cancel your booking and give us less than 7 days notice any payments received will not be refunded and you will be liable to still pay any remainder balance on the hire within 7 days of cancellation.
Cancellation needs to be in writing/ email and not verbal.

Set up services:
The customer will provide for an appropriate space to be made available for the photo booth at the event venue. A minimum floor area of 3m x 3m is required.

The customer will provide a mains electricity supply comprising of two 13amp socket located within the space designated by the customer for the photo booth.
If there is insufficient space for the photo booth to set up you will still be charged the full hire amount.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any circumstances that may make setting up take longer, these may include going upstairs, a long distance from unloading area to set-up area etc. If we are not aware of these and the set-up takes longer than usual your hire period may be used as part of the set-up period.
The equipment will be setup in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once set up.
Technical Issues:
In the unlikely event of a technical problem with the photo booth or events beyond our control a refund will be given pro-rata to any time lost.
Provider cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide a service of supplies or equipment if the provider has no control over the circumstances which may withhold all or part of the supply (traffic delays, severe weather conditions, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness, equipment failure or delay in operating the unit for any other reason outside of our control).
If we cannot attend or fulfill  your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to a refund of all the monies paid.
Failure to supply due to the venue or client issues will not result in a refund.
Damages to the Equipment:
If for any reason our equipment gets damaged during the hire period by the customer, their guests or employees, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing/replacing the part. If any equipment does gets damaged and this effects the services the hire will be terminated as per termination section above.
The customer shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Provider’s equipment caused by theft , fire, flood or accidental damage.

Customer agrees to, and understands the following:
a) Customer will indemnify the provider against any and all liability related to customer’s event during or after customer’s event. Customer will indemnify provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with customer.
b) Customer will indemnify provider, its representatives, employees or affiliates at customer’s event against any and all liability associated with the use of photos and media taken at the event.

Guest Behaviour:
Whilst we encourage the fun use of the photo booth, if we feel that the photo booth is not being treated in a respectful manner we will ask the guest(s) to leave the photo booth.
We will not accept any threatening or abusive behaviour and if this occurs we will stop the use of the photo booth and dismantle the equipment without a refund.
No food or drinks are allowed in the photo booth.
Children under 10 are to be supervised at all times by an adult over 16 years when using any of our services. We reserve the right to not allow children to use our services if they are not accompanied and under the control of a responsible adult or if we feel they are hampering the enjoyment of our services for other guests.

Use of photos/videos by us:
The copyright of all images will remain with Facebooth UK and by accepting these terms and conditions you are granting us the right to use any and all images taken on an event for marketing and promotional activities involving both digital, web & printed material.
By us attending your event we are of the understanding that permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests.

Customer agrees that in providing a payment of at least a deposit they accept these terms and conditions.
